Liam Sebag-Montefiore, Director
Liam’s career in medical communications began in 2013, after 18 years working as a research scientist. With a DPhil in Cardiovascular Medicine and a passion for communication, Liam progressed from Medical Writer to Editorial Services Director, with responsibility for editorial excellence and compliance, overseeing a large team of around 30 writers.
With experience across a wide range of deliverables and therapy areas, Liam takes pride in clear communication and the importance of storytelling as well as building relationships with clients and team members. His extensive experience of the agency environment and working with numerous stakeholders at all levels gives him a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs.

Suzanne Hankin, Director
Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience working within several leading medical communications agencies. Over the years she has worked with small to large blue chip pharmaceutical companies helping to take products from inception through to launch. Her experience spans across the medical communications arena, working from publications right through to meeting and events.
Suzanne has a flair for building and nurturing relationships, skills which have enabled her to develop, mentor and train her teams, maximising their potential. As an experienced Client Services Director, Suzanne’s strengths lie in providing an excellent innovative service, partnering with her clients to ensure their needs and objectives are met on time and on budget.

David Lester, Scientific Director
David is a Certified Medical Publication Professional with over six years of experience working in medical communications, specialising in publications, medical affairs and market access. David is knowledgeable of a wide range of therapy areas, including oncology, immunology and rare diseases.
With extensive experience of developing strategic medical communication plans within cross-functional teams, David excels at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful execution of impactful communications, both at a global and regional level.

Daniele Guido, Associate Scientific Director
Dan has been working in MedComms for the past 8 years with a main mission to create compelling and meaningful content, as you cannot drive changes in clinical practice and inform patients without a relatable and engaging narrative.
Dan’s experience spans from medical to commercial deliverables, like scientific platforms, KOL mapping and advocacy, symposia, advisory boards, standalone meetings, publications, internal and external training materials. Dan’s expertise across multiple therapy areas has helped pharmaceutical companies create strategic narratives to differentiate their products in the market, guiding their scientific communications throughout all stages of the product life cycle.

Sinéad Malone, Medical Writer
Sinéad’s career in medical communications began over 10 years ago working client-side, at one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.
In this role, Sinéad gained broad experience across medical writing, medical communications and affairs, earning a reputation as a skilled science communicator. She wrote and edited communication materials for omnichannel promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, their patients and consumers. These included leave-pieces, patient leaflets, website content and social media assets. A speciality was in delivering industry sponsored symposia at international research conferences, balancing the needs of the invited academics, internal experts and business teams. She looks forward to applying her understanding of the needs of HCP Marketing teams to support brand/ product growth in new therapy areas
